Warranty Terms on Barcode & Label Printers

Warranty Terms applicable on Citizen Barcode & Label Printers purchased during year 2006 for the following models:

Standard Warranty Terms:

Life Time Extended Warranty Terms Applicable by Tetra Infotech LLC only.

Includes regular service and repairs for the printer.
Includes replacement of the printer head if defective.
Does not include if hardware is physically damaged.
Does not include services on any software other than barcode and label printing software supplied by us.
In case of corruption occurred in the computer by hardware defects or by viruses and you needed the services from us then these services will be provided free of cost if the hardware is brought to our premises. This service will not include any software installation other than our software. At the rate of AED 150.00 per hour (minimum 2 hours) will be charged and time will start from our office and the time will end when we reach to our office.
Please note that we do not supply, install or handle any illegal software and we do not take any responsibility whatsoever.
Client will not buy or use consumables from any other source. The routine check will be done by our engineers on meter readings. If these meter readings does not match with our supply then Tetra Infotech LLC has all rights to stop the warranty with immediate effect.
This warranty is valid for back to base only. On-site visits are chargeable.
Life Time Extended Warranty is provided by Tetra Infotech LLC and Citizen Systems is not liable for any claims whatsoever.
